Our Most Popular. The Dedo-Pilling® Micro-Laryngoscopes have been designed to provide the ability to examine the vocal cords at the anterior commissure in the majority of patients, for example, patients with bull necks, short jaws or prominent upper teeth. The dimensions of the Dedo-Pilling® Micro- Laryngoscopes are narrow enough between the light carriers to permit moving the instrument off the incisors and down between the molars to permit visualization of the anterior commissure. The fiber optic light carriers are adjacent to the handle with a metal protected fiber optic bundle which runs in a groove in the handle. When used with the operating microscope equipped with a 400 mm lens, the Dedo-Pilling® Micro-Laryngoscope affords binocular vision for microendoscopy.
