Description:
Patients using standard Pilling® Jackson Trachea Tubes can now realize the benefits provided by the Shikani-French Speaking Valve. By replacing the inner trachea tube with one of the tubes listed below, patients can attach the snap-on Shikani Valve. This Jackson Tube is fenestrated to facilitate speech. The fenestration is located at a point measured from the neckplate equal to 1/3 of the length of the tube on both the inner and outer tubes.
Each inner tube is provided with two speaking valves.
